Digitization does not helped to get rid of the long queues in banks.


Banks are not just a part of our lives, but have a significant role in our daily lives. For many, day will not end without at least a single financial transaction. Thus, banks always try to adopt latest technologies to enhance customer experience. But the digitization of banks is not benefited, the long queue in nationalize banks are normal view in these days.

Customers with different requirement seem to be stuck in the long queue in working hours. The problems for elderly people, professionals and people with disabilities is more, because the time-consuming process and repeated visits make banking harsher. The elderly people are not that much technology friendly so the ATM transactions are not their cup of tea. The struggle with technology and unsuccessful transactions make them believe the banks are the better options for their generation. And this heat they have to wait in the long queue at the nationalize banks.
Not only the elderly people are in the queue most of the youth is also waiting in the banks. The tech-savvy has their own concern. The ATM cards needs to done with the process of KYC unless you can’t use the ATM cards. For upgrade their cards and KYC for different things so they can use digital benefits and net banking the youth is in the banks. In the city the cash crunch in the ATMs are also the problem. The ATMs were running low in the city.
